Remarks 1.The Zoo has been breeding among the existing population of deer (Chital &Sambar) since 1987. There has not been any effort to infuse new bloodline. This should be done as soon as possible including bringing down the population of animals according to the holding capacity of their enclosures 2.Standoff barriers should be provided all along the guarded pathway as per the CZA specifications. Wherever, it is not possible to provide a masonry wall, double fence protection should be provided with an inspection path in between the fences. 4.Al future development of the zoo should be done as per the approved master plan only and APO(Annual plan of operation) prepared accordingly. 5.A treatment room should be constructed for treating sick and injured animals.
