Remarks 1.Stand-off barriers as prescribed by CZA be erected in front of the park to view the animals without causing and damage, besides warning boards at intervals but put up in local language. 2.A layout plan be drawn of proper size ad dimension on metal board showing all enclosures, water points, toilets and other important locations with entry and exit points clearly shown on the map created at entry points of the park for the information of visiting public. This also should show existing geographical area and area to be extended etc. 3.Periodic change of the top soil in the deer enclosures should be carried out to avoid worm load and bad drainage conditions. The existing deer enclosure may be divided into two to retain the animals. When the grass grown to sufficient height the deer be allowed to graze in this portion. Thus soil is protected. The same process repeated alternately. 4.Early action be taken to shift the Black buck and Barking deer to Nandankanan Zoo as decided. Visitors facilities like providing toilet to men and women with proper water facilities and providing potable drinking water to visitors at convenient places. 5.The present strength of spotted deer be limited to 50 individuals only and population control measures like segregation of sexes during breeding season and vasectomy on selected males should be taken up.
